Born at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan on June 15, 1984 at 9:28am, I increased a family of three to four. Lisa and Joseph Konheim were high school sweethearts, married at 20 years old, had their first child, Ari, at 24, and me, their second, at 26. They had their third and final child, Jeremy, at age 29. Beep. Beep. Beep. My alarm went off at 7:08am on January 24, 2004.  It was a cold, wintry, Saturday morning in East Lansing, Michigan. With a sigh of relief, I knew the sound of alarm meant it was time to head back home for the remainder of the weekend. I am beginning my  journey as a blogger today, on April 17, 2015, for many reasons. My goal is to share my life’s experiences through detailed stories that I believe led me to “My Rock Bottom.” There are specific events throughout my childhood that have strongly influenced me and shaped me into the person I have become today.
